Dr. Clarissa Roque (MD, FRACGP)
Dr. Clarissa has been practicing in general practice in Victoria for more than 10 years and had previously worked in the Emergency Department of West Gippsland Hospital.
She enjoys all areas of medicine and has particular interest in woman and children’s health, preventive medicine and skin cancer.
Dr. Clarissa is available for consultation from Monday to Saturday.

Dr Ali has been working as a General Practitioner for more than 7 years in Australia. He has worked in Emergency Department in the Peninsula Health (Frankston and Rosebud Hospitals) for 3 years. He has experience of working in emergency and acute medicine in UK and Middle East for more than 5 years. This gave Dr Ali a wide exposure to different acute and chronic health conditions in diverse population.
Dr Ali enjoys all aspects of general practice and has special interest in managing Diabetes, different skin conditions and Chronic Health conditions.

Dr. NUEL PHILIP (Phil) NATIVIDAD (MD, FRACP), General Paediatrician
Dr. Phil Natividad is a general paediatrician committed to providing specialist paediatric care for newborns all the way through to adolescence. He has been practising paediatrics for over a decade. He has trained in various centres across Melbourne including the Royal Children’s Hospital and Monash Children’s Hospital. Phil has also worked in regional Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales, and in the Philippine
General Hospital.
His professional goal is to work in partnership with families and general practitioners to help children maximise their potential. As a father of two young children, Dr. Phil appreciates the challenges of parenting in today’s world and is committed to understanding the particular strengths and challenges that make each child unique.

Dr Jasmin has worked in Australian General Practice since 2013 – in regional NSW, Frankston and the Casey area. She is keen in all aspects of Medicine and believes every patient is unique with their own story and individual needs. Currently Dr Jasmin is working towards Fellowship of the RACGP.
Outside the clinic, Dr Jasmin enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. Work-life balance is definitely a priority.

Dr Emily worked at Eastern Health for the last 3 years.
She enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with particular interests in Paediatrics and Preventive Medicine.
Outside of work she enjoys playing netball, reading, cooking and travelling.

Mary Bermejo
Mary Bermejo – Dietitian
Mary is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with extensive experience in private practice across the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. She is passionate in helping clients improve their relationship with food and their quality of life.
Mary provides evidence-based nutrition advice with a practical approach. Her areas ofinterest include diabetes, food intolerances, women’s health, children’s nutrition, management of cardiovascular and other chronic disease conditions.Mary has completed a graduate Certificate in Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics and is committed to continuing professional development to ensure clients are provided with current evidence-based dietary advice.
She is a professional member of Diabetes Victoria and has run numerous healthy supermarket tours, helping people how to read and understand food labels and choose healthy foods for the whole family.
Hilda Albeayni
Hilda Albeayni, Dietitian
Hilda is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with over 5 years of experience in private practice, community nutrition, and education. She is passionate about health and can assist you in your journey to achieve your nutritional goals.

Tri Ngo
Tri Ngo – Physiotherapist
Tri graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2007 and further gained a Master degree in Musculoskeletal/Sports physiotherapy. Tri has a passion for working with athletes to help them achieve full potential. He was head physiotherapist at Doveton Football Club (2013-2018) and Dandenong Thunder Soccer Club (2016-2017). He enjoys balancing his life between exercise, and busy being a father to a little boy.
Cherleen De Jesus
Cherleen De Jesus – PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Cherleen graduated with clinical and academic distinctions from the University of Melbourne in 2016. Having worked across multiple private practice and sports medicine clinics, she is a highly experienced physiotherapist with special interests in sports, spinal and running injuries. She is currently the Head Physio for Port Melbourne SC in the National Premier Leagues (soccer), and has worked with local and elite athletes in AFL, basketball and baseball (Australian Baseball League).
Cherleen’s strong physiotherapy background enables her to apply high performance principles to the management of any injury or condition. Her greatest enjoyment comes from helping her clients to achieve their goals and empower them to move and feel better. She has a unique and holistic approach to injury and pain management, with person-centred care as the primary tenet of her practice. Her interest points are in spinal (neck and back), knee and ankle injuries (acute or post-operative). She has taught clinical pilates for over 5 years.
In her spare time, she is an avid runner, who is working towards running her first marathon! She values quality time with her partner, Ben and loves to cook and hike. You will normally find her sourcing out some fresh produce from a Farmer’s market, drinking coffee or watching AFL (go the Might Cats!).
Shyleen Chandra
Shyleen Chandra – Podiatrist
Shyleen completed her Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Podiatric Practice at La Trobe University, VIC in 2015.
She has been working as a podiatrist for over 5 years providing podiatric care such as the diagnosis and treatment for the foot/ankle in all aged groups, including skin and nail disorders, corns, calluses, ingrown toenails, diabetes foot care, muscular-skeletal injuries and paediatric feet conditions. She aspires to ensure her patients receive the best foot and ankle treatment under her care.
Xinia Zapanta
Xinia Zapanta – Clinical Nurse Consultant in Diabetes
Xinia Zapanta, Clinical Nurse Consultant in Diabetes/Credentialled
Diabetes Nurse Educator for Monash Health. She graduated from
Monash University with a Science Degree in Nursing. Trained as a
Registered Nurse Division 1 in General Nursing at Monash Health.
Completed her Diabetes Educators Post Graduate Certificate through
Mayfield Education Centre.
As CNC in Diabetes, Xinia undertake the Lead DNE role for Gestational
Diabetes at Dandenong Hospital, Deputy Lead in Diabetes in Pregnancy
at Monash Medical Centre. Other roles within the Diabetes Unit includes
DNE for Chronic Disease Management Clinic at Dandenong Hospital
supporting people with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. Proficient with CSII
and CGM and Insulin stabilisation for patients. Also included in here role
as CNC in Diabetes is to provide education sessions and resources for
Monash Health staff via in-service education sessions and mentoring.
Xinia is a mother of two and loves to bake and trying out new recipes.
Nikita Thompson

Nikita graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (UNIVERSITY OF SYDNEY) and Master’s of Physiotherapy Practice (La Trobe). Having worked across multiple private practices she is a highly experienced physiotherapist.
Mustafa Sarwari
Mustafa Sarawri - Dietitian
Mustafa, the founder of MS Dietetics, is a qualified Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) who is currently working across multiple GP clinics across Melbourne.
Mustafa possesses well rounded knowledge in:
– Chronic disease management
– Diabetic & cardiovascular disease management (hypertension/cholesterol)
– Gastrointestinal pathologies (IBS & Low FODMAP diet, celiac disease, lactose intolerance)
– NAFLD & PCOS
